Zabaglione
I'm making a romantic dinner for DH and I this weekend and I'd like to make zabaglione for dessert. I have a recipe that I think I can do but does anyone have any hints or suggestions?

wow, that sounds great!
One tip is you can pipe the finished zabaglione with a pastry bag into glasses.
Another tip for serving: dip shortbread cookies in a simple syrup of espresso coffee, amaretto, and sugar (heat to hot) and then dip/immerse cookies quickly into the syrup.
