Where's a good place to buy suits?
I can remember for years my mother would get these gorgeous suits from Marshalls & TJ's.
I'm going tomorrow, any other sugestions where to go?
I just want a nice black pant suit.

ditto jcpenny has some nice things for 80 but usually they are size 12 and up so its hard to find a smaller size there.
H&M sometimes.
NY and Company sometimes
like you said TJMaxx and Marshalls can have really great name brand suit at great prices...
Macys petites
then theres bloomies and such but i sont like to spend that much on suits

I always have good luck with suits at Lord and Taylor
-- and there are always coupons so they are not too expensive

I get almost all of my suits from Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, or Ann Taylor Outlet.

I second Lord & Taylor! I have gotten some amazing deals on Tahari and Anne Klein suits in there!!!

I prefer Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft because you can buy separates (I'm a different size on top and bottom), and they seem to fit better for "curvy" women

Most of my suits are from Ann Taylor or Ann Taylor Loft...they fit me perfectly!

Marshalls or TJ Maxx has Anne Klein and Tahari whihc are both very nice. They also have Larry Levine which is hit or miss but their suits at most are 99 most are 79. My co-worker always looks great and she buys a lot of stuff at Annie Sez. heard good things about Loehmanns. You could try Off 5th I have bought some nice stuff there. Also Syms in Hauppauge, some stuff is really cheap but they have some nice stuff mixed in. This is a good place to buy cioats and formal wear too. But don't even bother with their shoe section
