Lace up espadrilles...
do the laces really stay on your ankle/calf and are they uncomfortable? I saw a pair this afternoon and they were SO comfy & cute, but I didn't get them

I bought a pair last year from Aldo's - they DON'T stay laced up! What P I A they are...every 5 minutes bending down to retie one of them...
and yet I LOVE the way they look with Bermuda shorts or a cute skirt.

not for me...I feel like i tie them too tight to keep them up and then I lose circulation.
I also have a pair I wore once and never again. Its collecting dust in my closet and they are cute too.

that is what I thought. I tied them up and walked around and I had to make them tighter - I could feel them getting loose already. then it was too tight and I couldn't imagine walking around in them all day. some things look better on paper

my espadrilles have leather straps - they stay up all day - no problems @ all.

I bought a pair last summer. Tried to tie them up every possible way...
They fall down every 10 minutes or so and usually one leg will stay and the other will not  
I love them though
