I have not yet committed to WW, but what
would a regular egg w/a cheese and a slice of whole wheat toast be. How many points?

whole wheat toast is one point a slice

i think an egg is two or three points

and i think the cheese is 2 points

so i would say 6 points

thanks! the cheese was one of those kraft slices. what about 1/2 bagel from a bagel store?
