I just made Chicken Quesadilla’s last night while DH & his friends were watching basketball and they all loved them. It is very quick and easy if anyone is interested.

I cooked the chicken and then cut it up into small bit size pieces. Then I put one tortilla on the Quesadilla maker and added chicken, cheese and ranch dressing (this is what the guys loved I think), covered with another tortilla and cooked that in the Quesadilla maker. The guys said it was great. It was so quick and it was an easy snack to serve them.

Just wanted to share with everyone. I know we all know how to make Quesadilla’s, but I think the ranch dressing is what they really loved because they all raved about it. They think what I did and it is so funny that it was nothing - Men!
