Southwestern Wraps

These southwestern wraps are great for any type of party or bbq.

10 -12 Flour tortillas (6")
2 tbsp salsa
2 jalepeno peppers seeded
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp chopped onion
16 oz can refried beans
1\2 tsp ground cumin
1 cup cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar
sour cream to serve


Pre-heat oven to 350

Place 1st 8 ingredients & 1\2 cup cheese in food processor and blend until smooth. Spread evenly over tortilla, roll up and place onm a greased baking dish seam side down. Bake 20 mins until heated through, sprinkle with remaining cheese and cut in half. Serve with sour cream.
