Starting week 2 of my diet

Week 1 was a much bigger success than I ever expected.

Down 11 pounds...more than I was hoping to lose and chances are most of it is water and muscle Chat Icon

But I am feeling good.

This week I am adding cardio...then weights.

I even rewarded myself with a cheat meal!

11 lbs!!!?? That is amazing for your frame--what were you doing/eating? Were you eating enough?

Breakfast & Lunch:

Protein Smoothie:
Low Carb Meal Replacement Powder (300 calaries)
Yogurt (usually Strawberry Bannana or Raspberry)
1 Tablespoon of Almond or Peanut Butter
1 cup of Milk or Ice
1 cup of mixed Berries

Between Breakfast and Lunch & Lunch and Dinner and Dinner and Bed:
1 protein bar
Lots of water

Dinner:
Usually a Salad with chicken or fish.
Lots of Veggies. A little dressing.

I felt ok...so I think I was. Like I said, it was probably mostly water...
