I think it just takes time. You could try to give an extra ounce of formula in her bottle.

Re: anyone have any advice?
7 weeks is really too young to try and change anything. They don't even have a schedule at this point. It's easier if you try to sleep from 6 -12 instead of trying to change her.
Eventually they do fall into a schedule and it does get a bit easier.

Re: anyone have any advice?
My DD is 9 weeks today and for the past week she has been sleeping through the night since a week ago. Consistently, sleeps from around 9-6 in the morning sometimes she even goes down even earlier. So its coming. I thought she would never sleep longer than 4 hours. I hope it doesnt change. I go back to work on Monday.

Re: anyone have any advice?
I think 7 weeks she really should be eating when she needs too. I know it's tiring but it will get easier. She is up at 12 because she is hungry. Most people have 2 night feedings still at that age

Wake her up at 9 or 10 to give another feeding.

I was going to suggest trying this.

I agree. Unfortunately you have to work around your baby not the other way around.

Re: anyone have any advice?
DD is 3 months and still needs a feeding in the middle of the night. She will go down from 7:30 until about 3 or 4 am. I have no idea how to change her sleeping schedule around eating either!

This is what I was going to say. I always woke my kids before I went to sleep around 10:30 and then they slept through .
