House back on market
Just giving you all a heads up just in case you or anyone you know may be interested. We were attempting to sell a few months back, but decided to wait until the weather became nicer.
Once May hits, we will be using a realtor and this will be on MLS...

Good luck! I hope you find a buyer quickly. Definitely include a photo of the front of the house. Whenever I see a listing without that, I wonder what's wrong with the house.
