Took me 2 hours!!! Any suggestions for next time??? I know that I'll do the dough in the cuisinart, but other than that, what would make it easier?

Hmmmm Ive done this a couple of times...what kind did you make?

First time I just made cheese and they were so tiny that it seemed to take for EVER..the next time I did lobster and used a Dumpling Maker and used the larger size and it seemed to take a lot less time...

I always wanted to try this. I never made anything from scratch -- only this weekend I made chocolate chip cookies from scratch and they came out pretty good.

I mixed 1 1/4 cups flour with 2 eggs and a 1/4 tsp salt. Then I slowly added 1/4 cup warm water. Next time, I'm doing it in the Cusinart b/c I was WEARING it!!! Then the pasta machine is manual, which is fine. I had a ton of extra cheese...I used a 32 oz. container. Probably needed 8 ounces. Another egg and some salt and pepper for the cheese mixture. But, not one broke in the water!!! Chat Icon
