Has anyone done southbeach for a few weeks and then transitioned to WW?
I have done WW before and done great with it. But I'm having trouble losing 12 pounds of pregnancy weight...
Should I do southbeach for 2 or 3 weeks and then go to WW for maintenance? Does this sound like a bad idea? I don't want to lose 12-15 pounds and have it all come back on...wasn't sure if anyone has done this. TIA!

I don't think that's a bad idea at all. Once you start reintroducing carbs like bread back into your diet after Phase 1 of South Beach, I think that portion control starts to play a big role in how much weight you continue to lose and WW is really effective at teaching portion control.
