Any Suggestions
I need help, I have gained so much weight and I'm at the point where I can't even look in the mirror.
I can't use the excuse well its the Baby weight, my baby is almost 3 
Does anyone have a really good and easy diet to follow?

to start yourself off, you may want to start posting what you are eating daily on the hot bod for summer thread.
sadly losing weight is never as easy as gaining it, but perhaps you will start to see results if you limit your portions and perhaps start walking/jogging/biking, or some other cardiovascular activity.
you can build from there. but if you are overweight and want to lose, you should start slowly.

I like the south beach diet on it now, in the past had great results with Nutri system but this time around I wanted to do more cooking since Im home more now.
So far its easy, we have a south beach thread to help with ideas on what to eat too.
