I do and love it! In and out in 30 minutes. I have not been able to go lately becuase I had neuritis in my back, but on the mend and will be going back religioulsy 3 times a week. HTH

I used to go before the baby but did other stuff, like yoga as well. I don't think I will be going back- the work out was just ok- not really intense enough.

I had a membership but cancelled it early. It just wasn't for me. I know some people that have had success, but I did not. I found the staff was not as supportive as the commercials claim they are. Maybe it is just the staff at the one that I was at.

Totally agree! The one that I went to I felt like I was just another customer...someone to make them$$$

I cancelled my membership after a mo. I really didn't think curves was going to give me any major results. I would rather spend more at a normal gym and see results taking a variety of classes and using better machines. It was not intense at all.

I used to go religiousy...however, after a while--I belonged for a little over a year, the machines were boring...it takes a long time for new ones to be introduced into the gym so it wasn't working after a while...same thing each day over and over....it could have just been that gym though. The best part was you were in and out in 30 mins!

I tried it and stopped the membership after one day. Def wasn't for me. Thank goodness I did not cancel my membership to the previous gym I belonged too.
