Taco Soup
Hi,
This is a "Weight Watchers" meal but it is DELICIOUS!
1LB Ground Turkey / Beef (whichever you prefer
1 Whole Onion (small or medium) chopped small
2 Cans Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
2 Cans Pinto Beans
2 Cans Corn
1 packet of Ranch Seasoning (Powder)
1 packet of Taco Seasoning (Powder)
2 cups of water
Cook meat and onion together, then add other ingredients and let simmer for about 30 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with white rice, biscuits, or nacho chips to mix or dip if you like..and VOILA..it's a meal! It's delicious!!

*** For smaller portion use 1 can of everything and 1 cup of water***
