adorable CHEAP starter
This house is adorable, I don't know anything about that neighborhood but I LOVE craftsman style bungelows.
What a beauty it could be!

No, your right its by the Waterfront Bar. Its on a dead end DH and I "neck" down by that water.

I really like that house!
The area...not so sure. My friend was about to sign a contract on a house around the corner (on Amity) and she had heard mixed things about crime in the area, so she went to the police station. They confirmed that there were more than an average # of robberies, and gave the example that if she left a bicycle outside on the porch it probably wouldn't be there the next day. Such a shame, it's so pretty there.

Our house is right around the corner from there! We are farther down by the bay, but that area is GREAT.
I love the neighborhood- that price is unbeleivable- we would have bought that house in a second!
Really- the neighborhood is so family orientated. People are always outside working on their homes, walking their dogs, etc.
I love it, can't wait to live there.
