DH is still on it. He has last a ton of weight. But it wasn't for me. It was getting sickening.

I guess it would be good for 2 weeks or less if you only had a little weight to loose but I couldn't did it another day.

Re: fluidity anyone...

I was just coming on to ask this very question.

I got sucked into the informercial for the last 30 minutes.

Since I'll be needing to lose quite a bit of baby weight I was wondering if anyone had success with this.

It looks fun and easy, which usuallly means it doesn't work! Chat Icon

Re: fluidity anyone...

Well, I just watched the infomercial, and when they said $39.95 for all that stuff, I was thinking, hey, that's not too bad! But then I saw that that was only to try it out for 30 days, and that the total was $200!
The claim that you'll see "fast results" and won't look "bulky" like with other workouts is ludicrous. There's no way you're going to see fast results by doing a workout that involves using only your bodyweight, and doing the workout for their recommended 2x a week for 30 minutes. And weight training doesn not make you bulky. So leighla is correct; if it looks easy, it isn't going to work. That's just how it is. If it were easy, then everyone would look like the woman in the infomercial.

If I had money to burn, I'd get it, because it does look fun, and you will get a decent workout. But doing only this workout and nothing else will not help you drop major pounds and inches and have you looking long and lean. Dancers look lean not only because they do specific exercises, but because they dance!
