Need recipe for puff pastry and chicken breast please
Does anyone have a good recipe that uses these two items?

I wish I did, but I made it one time and it wasnt the best. I always buy prepared ones.
What wasnt good about mine was that I used too much puf pastry and it was doughy.
Maybe do a saute of some veggie in garlic (maybe spinach, add some bacon for flavour or feta, salt and pepper) and pound out some chicken breast (not too flat) roll chicken in that and then wrap in puff pastry (not too much) and bake for 30 mins?
The ones I buy are like that. So I imagine it would be made like that.
