How are they??? We are going to be one next year???? Is it bad????

We are one this year. To be honest, it's not all that different, though we don't have Region people up our butts all the time, which is so much better.

Your principal's job will be more on the line than ever. My principal does not seem concerned, but your principal may start to put more heat on the teachers.

I haven't noticed a real benefit in terms of more resources, etc. even though there is supposed to be more money for the school.
