what do you mean by "meatloaf meat"?? is it already seasoned?? or just ground beef? if its already seasoned... maybe you could make it into meatballs and serve it with pasta? if its just plain ground beef, theres a lot you can do with it!

yeah.. i would just do anything you would usually make with ground beef... tacos, burgers, lasagna, chili....

I make this pretty often since it is SO easy and yummy too. it's kind of like sloppy joes - with rice
I use 1 lb of ground beef (90% lean)
in a large skillet, break up the ground beef into tiny pieces and make sure it is cooked all the way through. add some chopped onions, peppers and Mrs Dash original blend. drain the fat, add tomato sauce (I use Ragu traditional) and a little bit of tap water to water it down. add 1 cup of minute rice and mix it all up. let it simmer for about 5 or 6 minutes and it's done!
it's so easy to clean up too since you've only used 1 pan.
