Towards the end...
Towards the end, did any of you get insane back pain. My back has been killing me lately and tonight it is SO bad. It's in my lower back...It seems like the only thing that helps is laying down but even that doesn't help much.

I have no idea. It seems to come and go. It'll get really really bad and then I'll change my position and it'll get better. I am 38 weeks so I'm praying to go into labor sooner, but I just feel like it'll never happen!

My friend only experienced back labor with both children...
The first time she had no idea she was in labor...she thought it was just back pain...then her water broke..
The 2nd time again....Back pain...and she said the only reason she knew it was labor that time was because she had experienced it with her first!!!

I've been having this one and off for a week or so. I had it last weekend big time also. But I also do experience contractions from time to time, so I just don't know. I guess I should ask the doc about it next time I go in there. My next appt is thursday. I don't even want to wait that long! I want the baby born already!

I had this for the last couple of weeks of my pregnancy. I was in excrutiating pain. There wasn't that much I could do.
Mine definately was not back labor. The doctor said it was the baby who was probably hitting a nerve since he didn't have that much room.
just try to take it easy. Once Jacob was born it took a couple of weeks for the pain to subside, Now I am much better.
