Pain in your hips?

Anyone experiencing this? I have such pain in my pelvis/hips. I think it might just be the pelvis spreading, but it has been here for a few days now. My right hip is the worst and I end up walking all funny. I am only 29 weeks along. I had read an article in Parenting the other day that your pelvis can actually separate. Anyone ever here of this?

Yep- about a month ago, I had such pain in my hips and pelvis..I couldnt even walk...

I went to the DR. and he pushed on some things during the internal (def. uncomfortable) and said he was checking to make sure nothing was seperating (he said something about water getting between the bones) but he said it wasnt very common...

I didnt have it... he said to keep my feet up..no cooking, cleaning, even food shopping... I listened for like 2 days..and then the pain was gone...and now Im fine...

Days I do alot I feel the pain slowly starting to come back...

Your bones are spreading...and its obviously gonna be a little uncomfortable...but taking it easy def. helps..

Call the dr if your nervous..

OMG all I have to say is

All this "stuff" that happens...sometimes it freaks me out a lilttle.

I'm 30 weeks - and my right hip and back are killing. I read somewhere that it's "pregnancy hormones" causing your joints to loosen up for labor. I try to take it easy, because those days that I do too much, it hurts even worse!
