they are cute throw ons, wore them to the pool on my cruise once- they aren't great quality, but they are cheap and good for lounging around

I have them and while they aren't the highest quality (like most of Old Navy) they work for certain occasions - working out or bathing suit cover up. I love them.
ETA: They're on sale now for 10 bucks
