Heck yeah! Secret of dieters EVERYWHERE!! That and Cool Whip too! Only problem is, I'm not supposed to snarf down half the can and then try whip-it's with the other half!!!

My new snack all the time is going to be fat free pudding with reddi wip...so much healthier and good tasting than crap like fruits an veggie's!
