Those of you areound 6 weeks...
Do any of you feel fine - like no nausea, etc. I feel great and often get nervous bc I guess I was expecting a lot worse....I know I should be grateful, and it could change at any time, but sometimes I feel like I am not even preggo (although I am tired and have sore boobs)
I get scared bc I haven't seen the heatbeat yet, so I sometimes wonder if this is real. Does anyone else feel this way? I hope I am making sense!

my morning sickness did not start until 7-8 weeks, so it still might be coming or you just might be lucky

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
I'm past 6 weeks, but I kept expecting the m/s to kick in at any moment, and it never did. I really was convinced something was wrong with the baby, but we heard the heartbeat at 10 weeks, and so far so good. So maybe you'll be as lucky and have no m/s.
(I still wish I threw up at least once. People are almost disappointed when I have no gory details for them)

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
They can't always pick up a heartbeat at 6 wks., so try not to worry about it too much. I know what you mean though, the baby seems unreal at this point and I also worried that something could be wrong and I might not know it.
As for nausea, I think mine started around week 7, so you may still get hit with nausea! Some women never get it though, or get it later in the pregnancy, so it's hard to know what will happen. Doesn't mean something is wrong if you are not nauseous.
Try to enjoy not having nausea. Once it arrives, you will desperately wish it would go away.

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
I never had any nausea & I've felt great this whole pg so far. If you do a search on here, you'll see that alot of people don't get the "typical" pg symptoms at all.
Good luck & try not to worry

Thank you all so much! I feel alot better now. I guess it still just seems unreal to me, and I am looking for symptoms so it will feel more real! I think I will feel alot better when I go for my appointment and we can see the heartbeat - when I went last week to confirm the pregnancy it was still too early for a sonogram. Thank you all again!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
You probably have symptoms that you think don't count as real symptoms.
During the 1st trimester, my boobs were sore, my back hurt sometimes & I would get bad headaches.
Do you feel any different?

Yeah, I definitely have symptoms - I am exhausted and have very sore boobs. I am also gassy (sorry TMI) and a little bloated. I definitely feel different but I guess I just expected to feel ALOt worse!

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
I am in a similar boat...I am about 6.5 weeks pg and have not had any nausea yet (and hoping to not get any at all!!)
My symptoms are somewhat subtle - lack of energy, sore boobs, and hungry like every hour! Other than that, I wouldn't know I was pregnant...and if it wasn't for the series of beta tests my doc took, I really wouldn't think I was pg!
Hopefully will be seeing the heartbeat tomorrow at 6.5 weeks!
ETA - I do get sporadic cramps too - but to me, it still feels like my period is coming! I'm still not past the point of checking for it every time I use the loo!

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
I am 11 weeks now. At 6 weeks I was very tired, and had mild nausea but nothing too bad. When I went for my Sono at almost 9 weeks the Tech told us that sometimes even at 8 weeks they may not see the heartbeat so not to get upset. If we didn’t see it then we would check again in 2 weeks. Luckily she saw it right away.
If you have no symptoms, just feel blessed. Throwing up is not so much fun! My mom used to tell me that she never had morning sickness one day through 3 pregnancies, I unfortunately am not as lucky. However I try not to complain because mine has been sooo mild compared to others.

I was nervous as well. I felt fine. I wouldn't have believed I was PG if not for the sonograms. I never really did get morning sickness. I'm tired all the time now though. I'm 16 weeks.

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
I felt exactly the same at 6 weeks! Nothing! Maybe a little crampy once in a while but that was it....oh and sore boobs.
I got really tired around 9-10 weeks and really really tired to about 12 weeks and that was about it! 13 weeks on I feel like I'm not even preggo, except for my growing belly! I'm almost 24 weeks now.

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
So glad you posted this. Honestly, I have not even gone for my first drs appt yet. According to the internet, I will be 6 weeks tomorrow - however, I think I'm more like 5 since I only ovulated over 3 weeks ago. I just don't understand the calculation. Last AF was 4/20. Anyway, no nausea here either and I have been a nervous wreck as well! I figured I'd have it by now. Boobs are slightly sore/itchy, I had a headache all day, back is sore, so maybe everyone is different. In the last few days, I have spoken to more people who told me they never had nausea and had perfectly healthy babies. So maybe it's not inevitable. Best of luck to you!!
PS - are you 6 weeks based on your last AF? Just trying to figure out how far along I am!!

They calculate from your last af if you have a typical 28-day cycle. If not, then use when you ovulated (if you know that date) & add 2 weeks.
Other than that, the first sono should definitely tell you how far along you are

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
I felt the same way as you. I had actually been feeling a little nausea, but all of a sudden two days ago it almost went away. I was beginning to think something was wrong. But I went for my 1st sonogram today and we saw the heartbeat. It makes it a little more real. The sono tech said I'm about 6 weeks 5 days

Thanks, very helpful - I am almost 100% postiive of the day I ovulated, so I would say I'm 5 weeks, 2 days as of tomorrow.

Re: Those of you areound 6 weeks...
I am six weeks and two days and yesterday was the first time that I really got sick. Before I had felt nauseas but nothing like yesterday. I don't feel really tired at all though yet and my boobs only bothered me once or twice. Thanks for asking this question because I was curious too!
