Contact your Local Representative to Push for "Adoption Increase Bill" in Congress
Here is a link to the U.S. House of Representatives website:
http://www.house.gov/
You can type in your zip code and find your representative Once you get your representative's information, you should call his or her office and tell them that you would like them to co-sponsor H.R. 1561 (the Childhood Adoption Act).
You do not need to call me because your representative's staff will call me once they decide whether or not to co-sponsor the bill. The more people who ask a representative to support a bill, the more likely it is that he or she will co-sponsor. That is why I encouraged you to ask your friends to contact their representatives in Congress as well.
Hopefully, this is helpful.
Robert Sepucha Policy Director Congressman Harold Ford (TN)
