light summery dessert recipe...
I made this last weekend and it was a big hit! Low fat, light and perfect for June since strawberries are in season!! It was so yummy
Strawberry trifle
this wasn't as good the 2nd and 3rd day so make sure you eat a lot the day you make it!

I make something a little simpler:
Layer pound cake, vanilla pudding, cool whip and strawberries, blueberries, sometimes bananas too if I know the crowd likes them.
This will keep at least until the 2nd day.

Fruit salad.
Im going to a BBQ and I will hollow out half a watermelon, and put in balls of various melons and berries
ed: if you like, you can top the fruit with a little Amaretto
