VIDEO QUESTION- Help me!
I went 4 minutes over on my video.
I read and re-read and re-read the packets and cannot find any mention that I can fail or get Requirements not met based on that alone.
If they do not see a conclusion to the lesson, do you think I'll fail?
Its a kickass lesson with awesome kids responses and behavior....should I just send that in or do I need to re-do it and keep it under the 30 minutes

I'm clearly older than you are...got my cert. before videos (not were invented, just used for cert.) However, I videotaped my friend's lesson, and she went 3 mins. over. She had the same issue-great lesson, so she didn't want to redo. She sent it anyway and passed, no problem. Hope that helps!

Your video could be 120 minutes long...they only look at the first 30. Mine cut out abrubtly so who knows...good luck!

I didn't have closure either. Do you have at least 10 minutes whole group instruction and at least 10 minutes independent group work? If so, Albany will stop watching after 30 minutes.

I think they stop watching after about 5.....being over is fine...going under is not

Thanks for the advice
My co-worker did hers last week and was 3 min over and she sent it in anyway so I did too...I felt it was a great lesson and my kids were awesome
I did a reading lesson with my reading group comparing and contrasting character traits for the 2 sisters in Mufaro's Beautiful Daughters.
I treated all my kids to ice pops yesterday because the video was so great- no fooling around, awesome answers!
