I don't think Simba feels well..
He keeps scratching at his ear.
He got sick 3x (like hairballs)
Now he's in the kitchen laying on the dining room chair..I usually NEVER let him do this, but, its seems to be where he is comfy...
I hope he's ok.

Can be allergies or an ear infection. I would take your kitty to the vet; he sounds uncomfortable.
