My aching hands and fingers

For the past couple of days, my hands have been killing me. It hurts so much to open and close my hands/fingers. I woke up at 2 am last night and my fingers looked like plump hot dogs. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have been having that problem for the last 3 weeks. My doctor told me there is nothing to do about it. The last days I have felt a constant pain in my fingers at around 4 or 5 am, not only when I open and close my hands

I have this too. It's awful My doc suggested I get wrist splints. I did and they've helped. You can get wrist splints at National Wholesale for $5.

This happens to me all the time...some days are worse than others...and always the worst when I first wake up. I've read that trying to elevate your hands while sleeping should help...but, I haven't yet figured out a way to do this.

I tried wearing a wrist brace, but the material started cutting off the circulation on my hand and fingers where it cut off, so I stopped using that.

So sorry that you're going through this...and know that you're definitely not the only one...
