What works BEST! I have this problem because I wear flip flops and open toe sandals

I bought a foot scrubber from Bath and Body Works awhile ago and I use it a few times a week in the shower in conjunction with regular pedicures. I know what you mean...my feet really take a beating during the summer!! I would suggest going to a drug store and purchasing some sort of pumice stone/foot scrubber.

Get a good foot file/scrubber (like the kind they use at salons). Use a rich cream on your feet before bed & put socks on your feet.
Try a parrafin bath (you can buy them at BB & B).

I saturate my feet with Palmers Coco Butter every night before I go to sleep and it keeps them soft and silky.

I use sloughing lotion by avon followed by an intensive foot cream that they have. A woman at work sells avon and I was looking through the catalog and figured why not...and it really does work well. Pumice stones also help. I keep one in the shower and use it about once a week with an exfoliating scrub if it gets really bad.

About 1x a week I soak my feet in water and scrub w/a peppermint foot scrub...pat dry and SATURATE my feet in neutrogena lotion and put socks on. I wear them to bed and when I wake up..............
