Watery Eye & Sneezing

Lucy caught something at her last visit and I'm leaving for a week come Sunday.

Is there anything I can do for her (without having to take her back to the vet)??

Last time this happened I just let it ride out for a few days (took about a week) I just feel bad that we're going away when she isn't feeling well. (Her appetite is fine and she's herself otherwise.)

OK, I called the vet - he said it's just a cold and to ride it out. I can stick her in the bathroom and run a steamy shower a few times a day to help with her congestion.

He said to make sure she rests...um, she's a 12 y/o cat - 80% of her life is rest!

I am glad she'll be ok.

Um. my cat is only 7 and I think rest is more then 80% of her life too.
