Planning trip to Boston...need opinions

DH and I decided to take a week off in June and would like to go to Boston and the surrounding area.

Here's the agenda I was thinking of, do you think it is too much?

Day 1
Head up to Kittery, ME for outlet shopping (we love outlets). Stay in Portsmouth, NH, eat dinner in Hampton Beach, NH.

Day 2
Off to Boston. Spend day sightseeing in Boston. Stay in Boston that night.

Day 3
Another day in Boston. Stay in Boston again.

Day 4
Head down to Plimouth Planatation. Visit Plymouth and then drive down to Newport, RI.

Day 5
Spend day in Newport and then drive back home to Levittown.

Do you think we should leave Newport out? Will we want more time there?

Your agenda sounds great.

Last month we did a long weekend in Kennebunkport which is probably about 15 minutes past Kittery. It was beautiful there. We probably would have combined it with Boston but we just went there last year over 4th of July.

Two full days is probably fair for Boston. I'm sure more time can be spent there, but you can see a lot in that time since it's so walkable. Definitely get in an Italian meal on the North End.

Can't comment about New Hampshire because we didn't stop there.
