UPdate: Bailey is home!!
he's been at the vet all weekend - he was throwing up all nite friday. Lucikly he didnt swallow anything and is bloodwork is normal. THey think he just picked up a virus or infection. I just want my puppy home  They are goign to try to feed him today, pray he keeps it down!!
UPDATE: as of 6PM - no more vomiting or diarreah!! hopefully he will be coming home tomorrow good as new.
Update #2: I call this morning - hes doing better (now he's trying to bite the vet because he hates being poked) which Is a good thing! But he still has blood in his poo - MAJOR VENT - he hasnt eaten!! I told them YESTERDAY he is very picky with his food- so the doctor tells me TODAY - well you can bring him food during visiting hours- WHAT?!?! I was told there werent visiting hours?? WTH!!!! now I am p'oed. I really think they are keeping him there for the $$$$. I am going during my lunchbreak from work to buy him food he likes from the supermarket. Why didnt you people tell me this on SATURDAY?? 
UPDATE #3: We took Bailey home today - I dropped off food for him at 10am(thank goodness my boss loves dogs!) - I call at 12pm to see if he ate it - i was told "oh, we arent giving him food"...um, so why is it a problem he isnt eating??? after three more hours of the dr. not calling us back - FH said if we do not get a call in 10 mins we are going to get him. lo and behold the dr. calls right back We decide its best for him to be home - they were giving him antibiotics (which I can give him) and fluids (i can tell him to drink water). He was diagnosed with unexplained gastroenteritis. $1K later thats all you can tell me??
AND I got bailey to eat at home, and he hanst puked or pooped yet, and its been 3 hours. I think he just missed his Mommy!!

Cooper has something similar... the vet told us to give him Prilosec OTC (yup, the kind we take when we have gastro flare ups)... it TOTALLY works!!! Just and FYI

thanks for the advice. Bailey has a weak stomach to begin with. I will use that for next time.
My mom is home with him today- he ate a little food this morning, no puking or poopy still!!
