Cauliflower - What to do?
I have a head and I usually roast it but I am in the mood for something different. Any suggestions?

you can make mashed cauliflower. Just cook it until it's soft enough to mash up, add parm cheese (or any cheese will do), I usually add toasted garlic and shallots. DH loves it!

fry it
dip in egg, then breadcrumbs
and fryi in a sautee pan with oil

Saute cauliflower, mushrooms and zucchini and garlic in olive oil. Cook till soft. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
