...I"m not PG or TTC, but just had a question and I figure I ask the experts....

Is there a good book with diagrams to explain (i.e. holding the baby, feeding, bathing, etc.) or any local organizations that hold baby workshops?

I'm the oldest in my family and haven't been around babies. I know that they say your "motherly instinct" kicks in, but I'm scared it won't or I won't know what to do

So I thought if I knew a little before, it woudn't feel so scary.

I picked up along with what to expect when your expecting is a book dedicated to babies 1st year-It's called what to expect the first year from the same authors.

Also you could check with your local hospital, they may have some resources for baby classes.
