today's interview
I think it went well. The woman seemed to like me, but the principal was very hard to read. He wrote a page full of notes. They said they have many other people coming in and they would let me know.
Is this normal? Do they usually hire you on the spot if they really want you?

Re: today's interview
I've never really heard of anyone being hired on the spot. Usually they'll call you back for a 2nd interview; process may take a few weeks. Good luck.

ditto!!
Education is slow in their interviewing! It took me 8 full weeks from screening interview to job offer - it averaged about 1 interview a week, and then they needed time to check references.
