Went to the dr today for my sono
It's my day 12 and I took 50mg's of clomid this cycle. The good news is that I had a bunch of follies. I counted like 7 or 8 as she was measuring. The bad news is they are very small.. none bigger than 9 or 10mm's. I have to go back in on monday for another sono to track their growth and see how things are going, but my dr is not confident, given their sizes, that I will ovulate this cycle.
Does anyone have a similar experience that they can share?

Yes, all of mine started slow and then pow..
They grow 1-2 mm's a day, and you will see this in your next sono.

Depends, with me if there were none bigger than 10mm by CD12 then they weren't going anywhere.
You may not be on a high enough dose of Clomid. Which means that they will get you to get a period and then put you on 100mg of Clomid next month.
This was my problem, 50mg wasn't enough to get me to ovulate.

I had a Day 12 sono on Wednesday and my follies were VERY small. I counted 6. I just had a Day 14 sono this morning and two grew!! One was 13mm and another was 16mm. Just keep hoping for the best and good luck!

I agree with Gerty, you may need a higher dosage of Clomid. That's all they're probably going to do for now.
Sorry this cycle may not work out (but there's still a chance!) and maybe 100mg will be your answer.

Yea.. my Dr told me that it is good that I was at least responding to it and that she would up the dosage next month. She told be starting out she didnt think 50mgs would do much to help me but she wanted to start out low.
