* Experienced Biomedical Technicians: should have equipment and electronics background. Will consider military or technical school graduate with a degree in electronics or training.
* Entry Level Technicians: Will train qualified applicants with strong electronics background or schooling.
Biomedical Field Service Technicians and Shop Technicians needed to perform inspections, preventive maintenance and repair medical equipment for health care facilities in the Greater New York Metropolitan area. We are a growing, Independent Service Organization (ISO) specializing in Nursing Homes, Physicians Offices, and DME dealers.
Applicants should have a career (long term) objective to grow with the company. A BMET certification is a plus.
Requirements
• Should be customer oriented
• Have experience servicing a broad variety of medical instrumentation, includes: suction pumps, feeding pumps, EKG, physical therapy equipment, scales, oxygen concentrators, patient lifts, etc.
• An Associates or Bachelors degree in biomedical engineering or electronics (or military training) required.
• Note: Training will be provided on equipment with which applicant is not experienced.
Applicants must have

• Their own vehicle (company reimbursement provided for field work).
• Basic hand tools and digital multimeter
