Hot/Bikrim Yoga anyone?
Has anyone taken Hot Yoga? There is a studio in Rockville Centre that I am thinking about joining, but I've never taken hot/bikram yoga before. I've taken regular yoga.. but I don't know if there is much of a difference besides the room being 105 degrees!

Someone at my job takes that in RVC and she loves it!! I can ask her any questions you have.

YES! I was actually talking to her about it yesterday.. she said she loved it. I'm just paranoid I'd pass out in a room that hot..lol

That's a fantastic class! I hardly ever sweat but this class made me so limber and so sweaty. it was great! Enjoy!

No, I did it at Yoga Studio in Cali. (I lived in Cali for 3 years).
