Spinoff? How long is too long?
whenever I tell someone how long I've been ttc..they always say...OH! That is nothing!
what the hell IS something then???

It really depends on your age, this is the timeframe I would use
32 and under - see a dr after 1 year
32 and older - see a dr after 6 months
Unfortunately as women age does play a role in all of this, not including other issues there could be.

UGH If I hear it ONE more time! I feel ya!!! i have started getting snotty actually...I say in response, YES, it WILL happen one way or another, but obviously we want it now...Imagine waiting for the cable guy for 11 months, he will eventually come, but you want your TV now....And I have gotten a few " thats silly" in response to that, to which I kindly add, well So is the notion of "someday" but you just forced that on me...
yeah, havent many friends these days...LOL LOL

I have a friend who has tried for 2 months and she almost went to a RE
I was like you only tried for 2 months. She is now PG, and tells people she had problems getting PG. I think she wanted to create drama and get attention. I almost wanted to tell her it was NOT fun and games doing what I went through.
I am like PLEASE!!!!!!!!

I have to admit... I NEVER thought it would take long to get prego...I always thought 1-2 months tops!
I had NO IDEA what it actually all consisted of until I started TTC.
Now I have to question when it's time I go see a RE!

I think my BIG mistake was telling the family we are gonna start tryin right away. I am going to be 35 the end of this month and I wasted NO time going to the dr after trying since May of this year! I am not taking any risks and Im glad I did, my freakin thyroid is out of whack and would not have known if my stepmom who is the nurse for my doctor didnt say - you HAVE to get that checked!- I had a problem with my thyroid back in 03 that after all these blood test and an iodine scan came back negative, but who knows!!! and Im glad to hear everything else is a ok- now its time for DH to get a physical and I want him to get an SA. I thought too I would get PG right away and poor DH was like I have super sperm- shhh- our secret that I told you  and I feel bad for him too- I see the disappointment and concern. BABY DUST to ALL!!!!!!
