Waiting for a realtor to call
We finally found a realtor that we really clicked with when we went to an open house on Saturday, we left her our info and she promised to call on Monday. Well I left a message on her voice mail yesterday and now I'm still waiting for her to call back. Meanwhile a realtor who I don't want to speak to keeps calling me! This is worst than the days of waiting for a boy to call!

Tell the realtor that keeps calling you that you have signed with another realtor. Then they should leave you alone because you cant work with another realtor if you've signed contract with someone else.

You sign contracts when you are looking? I thought just selling... You can use as many realtors as you want when purchasing...

You sign contracts when you are looking? I thought just selling... You can use as many realtors as you want when purchasing...
When we found a realtor and loved him and decided to use him for our purchase we signed a contract with the realtor. Basically it says they are working for you and you aren't supposed to work with another realtor for something like 1 yr.

Oh my God the crazy realtor is stalking me! She called 2x yesterday and 3x today! Doesn't she have anything better to do. All I did is email her interest in a property which I changed my mind now because I realized it's in a SD I'm not interested in. I don't want to speak to this woman because she'll want to try to find me a house in an area I do want and I already have 2 other realtors looking in that area.
