I love to grill pineapple! I buy the spears from Costco, spray the grill put them on. Sometimes I dust a little brown sugar on top. Yummy!

Grilled Sweet Potatoes--take some honey and melted butter and baste slices of potato while grilling

Teriyaki Marinated Chicken Breasts
Island Mango Marinated Chicken Breasts
Barbeque Chicken Wings
Side Dishes:
Ann’s Potato Salad
Oil and Vinegar Cole Slaw
Larry’s Famous Macaroni Salad
Grilled Sweet Potatoes
Desserts
Watermelon Boat/Fruit Salad
Grilled Pineapple
Frosty Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

Some ideas:
mixed green salad with grilled pineapple and grilled chicken in it with Raspberry vinegarette dressing
coconut shrimp
mahi mahi with mango salsa
(you can do this with grilled chicken as well)
pineapple bread pudding
Just things that I have had, but sorry, I don't have recipes...
