This is the only thing I could find for you...but it states that they don't offer front of the line priviliedges.
If you go during a slower time of year the lines are not bad. I usually go in mid september and never waited more then 10 - 15 minutes for a ride & that was for a premiere ride.
Disney's VIP Tour Services
The VIP Tour Guide can host up to 10 Guests. If your party size is larger than 10, we will provide an additional VIP Tour Guide at an additional cost. VIP Tour requests may be taken up to 90 days in advance. Please note that reservations may not be accepted during certain holiday periods. To ensure availability, we recommend you call at least 72 hours in advance. Existing WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort transportation will be used. Private transportation is available at an additional cost.
The cost of Disney's VIP Tour Services is $85 per hour when scheduled more than 48 hours in advance, with a minimum charge of five hours. Any tour scheduled with less than 48 hours notice, will be charged $95 per hour. Should your plans change, we require advance notice of 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of $170 per VIP Tour Guide.
Priority entrance to attractions is neither offered nor available.
Customizing your VIP Tour is easy. Simply call Disney Special Activities at (407) 560-4033 and speak with a Disney Special Activities Coordinator; also available via e-mail at [email protected].

OMG For $85+ an hour I think I can handle the 20 minute wait If you go in the value season the wait shouldnt be that long. September and January are pretty slow.

Really no such thing ... unless you are an actual VIP (celeb) - they do get escorted with a special guide and don't get on the ride line maze!

I found on disney.com its 125 per hr for the tour and you are able to cut the line. My husband did it when he was younger when he went with friends that lived on his block..
that is well worth it to me .. no waiting!
