Steaks on the grill?

We have never made steaks on the grill before.. anyone have any tips/recipes? Im a little intimidated! Chat Icon

just make sure that the grill is hot when you put them on so they stay juicy. Also take them off the grill a little underdone and let them sit a bit before you cut them and they will be perfect!!

Grill some asparagus with them....yummy!

We usually cook them in tin foil for about 7-8 minutes on each side then take them out and grill them for a few minutes....always let them sit so the juices redistribute after cooking.

I use Montreal steak seasoning on my steaks. I season them and let them sit for a bit. then throw them on a nice hot grill. Chat Icon Chat Icon The steak seasoning really gives it a good flavor!!

Is it true that you shouldnt flip them much? That you lose juiciness?

There is no need to flip more than once. Throw them on a hot grill - let them cook then flip them to cook on the other side. DONE.
