I am so upset....No, I have to sit in that uncomfortable office for 3 hrs....this stinks!

I did not even take the 1 hour.. i had sugar in my urine and Dr sent me right for the 3 hour( I had GD with my DD) .. I got a really cheezy Nora Roberts book from the library, brought my Ipod with some broadway show tunes and My DVD player with some 80's movies. I actually just read the book and listened to music and took two chairs and put my feet up.. it went really fast and Dh picked me up and we went to lunch..

sorry stacey! bring something to do and i'm sure the time will fly by or take advantage of 3 hours in a row without interruption and take a solid nap-trust me, you won't have that very soon!!

i failed the one and 3 hr test.. it sucked. but you get through it like anything else.

i failed the one hour, but passed the 3 hour. i think i goofed by having breakfast the day of the test. i also had a fruit flavored tums, because the orange drink made me want to puke.
good luck on the 3 hour... bring a friend! the time will fly by.

I failed the one hour but passed the three hour. Good Luck!
(PS - I was allowed to leave during the blood draws as long as I didn't eat or drink anything and came back before it was time for the next blood draw.)

I did, because I drink a large coffee and a bagel the night before. My levels were through the roof. I had to sit for the 3 hour, it was definitely boring and not fun. I would bring something to do and even he can bring DH or someone to sit with you.
I passed the 3 hour, I didn't drink or eat anything about 15 hours before.

I failed the 1 hour but passed the 3 hour. It sucks, but your doctor needs to know. Hang in there.
