How often do you take trips?

Small ones to different states/cities close to you?

Bigger ones that are abroad?

So far I'm at 1 per year, but I'd like to increase it to once every 6 months someday before having kids.

Depending on DH work schedule and if he has a lot of private work (owns a business) we will try and go 1-2 times a year. We go to NC a lot because my bro is there, but I dont count that as away. Its always hectic when we go.

generally 1 big trip per year with a couple smaller ones...we'll stay with family in Montauk a few times but we will try to getaway someplace else for a weekend once a year or so. I wish we were away more often!

Usually one big trip a year, this year 2. We try to take smaller ones every few months, even if it is just a weekend in Atlantic City.

2 big trips a year.

We take a lot of smaller trips throughout the year....once every few months to tide us over.

We try to do 2 big trips per year (that require flights) and are a week or so long.

We take 1 or 2 little trips per year (driving distance). But I think that will increase now that we are in FL and an hour from miami, 3 hrs from disney, etc.

We try to go to Atlantic City at least four times a year over night, and Montauk once a year. We usually do two big trips a year for a week each. This year we went to Aruba and are going to Europe in August. I LOVE to travel. DH just comes along for the ride

We have been doing a lot lately...

maybe 4-5

For example- this year we went on a cruise to the Bahamas, we just got back from Vegas, we are going to Chicago at the end of July and then in January-technically a new year-but we are going on another cruise to the bahamas for a family reunion-this one we normally would not have done but since my family is having a reunion we are going...We also went to Savannah-but we were temporarily in Atlanta- so it wasn't a huge trip, but it was a trip-needing a hotel and restaurants and stuff to do

i'd like to do two, but it looks like it'll be staying at one now. DH's job keeps him extremely limited to vaca time (jan & feb only for extended time off) so that makes it hard.

Once a month I get to travel with DH but he is usually on business. It's a vacation for me!

We go to New Hampshire a few times a year (about 4), and now we want to take 1 big trip a year-usually a cruise since I find its the easiest way to travel.

small trips - at least 4x a year, every 3 months I get antsy.

Day trips in the summer are even more frequent.

1-2 big trips a year (7-10 days) and then a bunch of little ones within driving distance (usually end up in NH once or twice a year). Travel is our biggest vice

We have been doing 1 big trip a year and a few smaller ones like to AC or Hershey, Montauk, Poconos during the year!

Right now we try to do 1 big trip per year (this year we went to Barcelona) and visit each of our families at least once (across the country). And we're trying to plan more small weekend trips (we'll be going camping at the end of the month).

We'd do much more if time and money allowed.

2-3 big trips. As of now I have flown to and from NY and Australia twice a year. I have to visit the familyI just got back from Japan. So I have taken three big trips this year.

I think if I were living back in NY I would take 2 big trips a year. DH and I save all our money so we can travel. We dont have a house, our rent is cheap, and no car payment.
