Someone at work just said to me...
You keep getting thinner and thinner!!!
This is someone who I see around the office, but usually never work with-- so, our interaction is limited to the bathroom and by the coffee machine.
So far, I have lost 4.5 pounds.. yes, not a lot-- but I am only trying to lose 10 to 12 in total. I have about 8 more to go-- I also think going to the gym and doing weights has maybe made me appear thinner-- even if the scale hasn't changed that much (yet).
I don't really see the difference-- but it's nice that other people do!

Awesome, good for you! I'm sure others can see a difference, when there's not much too lose, even the 4.5lbs make a big difference.
