i've lost 7lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yes, i know, this can be moved to another board... but i'm not talking about HOW i did it. i'm just shouting to the world that there are 7 pounds less of me to love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ps. i celebrated with a donut for breakfast

go to the supermarket. grab a 5lb bag of sugar or flour. walk up and down the aisle with it. let me know how far you get before you want to put it down.
