Next steps

So, unless I get a BFP this week / next weekend, I am going ahead with next steps. I have an Rx for my DH to get a SA.

And I guess I make an appt with an RE? right?

PS - I've been feeling dull pinching cramps and I am 8 DPO - but I am SURE I am not pg Chat Icon

Ah, I'm sorry. I hope you get a BFP!

As far as steps, I would call and make an appointment now with a RE. You won't know what the waiting time might be and you can always cancel if you don't need to go. Also, wait on DH's SA. Some RE's like to have it done but their lab and will just make you do it over.

Sorry you have to go through this. It s*ckes.

I'd make the appointment with the RE now. I called and got an appointment within three weeks but most girls tell me that's pretty quick to see and RE.

Try to get all of your records sent to the RE asap and write down any medical history you can think of for your consultation visit.

Good luck.

Sorry Jen!! Chat Icon Chat Icon

I agree - try to book the RE now, it will probably take a couple weeks to get an appointment and you don't want to miss your window!!

Good luck and baby dust!!

Re: Next steps

Yes...make the appointment with the RE now. Most will want CD3 bloodwork...so if you can get an appointment before that, you won't miss out on this cycle to get started. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
