I'm a fast reader...especially if I like the subject!
When I'm on vacation, I can very easily go through a book a day.

Depends on the book - some take me a couple weeks and others a day or two. I do most of my reading on the train and before I go to sleep.
On vacation or lazy weekends I can polish off a book a day.

before baby, a few hours. after baby, it takes days.
I took speed reading classes years ago, I am trying to break from it.

Depends on the book-- I can read 700 pages in a 24 hour period... Or, it can take me weeks to months...
I usually finish average size books in about two weeks-- unless I am really into it and I take it to bed and read... but, I only get through about 20 pages a day during my commute.

I usually can finish a book within a day if I love it. My DH makes fun of me about it all the time, I just can't help it. I have to know whats going to happen!

Depends on the book. If I get really into it I'll read it within a day. Others seem to get stretched and fall to the back burner. I'm just about to finish a book and I'm mad because my next book hasn't come from Half.com yet.

Could be anywhere from a day to a few weeks depending on how much time I have. When I commuted to NYC I read at least 2 books a week.
